After a year of pandemic-driven challenges we applaud all members on their efforts to continue delivering library services. 

We congratulate the institutions below where over 85% of students agreed that "library resources (e.g. books, online services and learning spaces) have supported my learning well".

While 2021 NSS data revealed a 12% reduction in sector-wide student agreement with this library-specific question (75% compared to 87% in 2020), the survey also included a section specifically on the student experience during the Covid-pandemic within which, '78% of students agreed that they ‘have been able to access the learning resources needed for their course during the pandemic’.
